Visitor Policy Reminder:

All volunteers and visitors must wear a visitor badge and be accompanied by a staff member while in the building. Volunteers working with students are required to complete a volunteer application, background check, and mandatory training. Please schedule classroom visits in advance with the teacher. To protect learning time, students will be called to the front office if you need to check in with them during school hours.

Meeting Appointments:

All meetings with South Shore staff must be scheduled in advance. Meetings may be held virtually or in-person, depending on availability. Please indicate the purpose of your meeting when scheduling, as this helps determine the method and length of the meeting. We kindly ask that you avoid arriving at the school expecting an immediate meeting, as our office staff must manage multiple responsibilities, and walk-in requests are difficult to accommodate.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another wonderful week ahead!

Sincerely,
Principal Foyston
