May 10 Community Bulletin

South Shore Community Bulletin

Good afternoon, South Shore community, and an extra special greeting to the mothers and women in our lives who are caregiving. Happy Mother’s Day! We recognize that some will celebrate wholeheartedly this weekend, and that for others it can be a tender or difficult time. However Mother’s Day lands for you, thank you for being part of the community of people who care for our spectacular students together. I also want to celebrate our staff of dedicated educators and all the work they put in day after day for the sake of your children’s education and development. As School Staff Appreciation week draws to a close, I want to remind all our Sea Dragons that it’s not too late to send an email or talking points message to teacher or other staff, thanking them for making a positive difference in your life.

And thank you to our PTSA and South Shore families who have already found such creative ways to show their appreciation this week.

Tonight, Community Cafe at South Shore, from 5-7pm. It’s a time to discuss the needs of our community and connect while enjoying delicious food. Looking forward to seeing you there!
